Dawn Steveson

After spending nearly 20 years in the corporate environment, Dawn went back to school to earn her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Indiana Wesleyan University. She joined the staff in 2018, and is the Operations Director. Dawn is responsible for overseeing the Patient Care Coordinator team and runs the day-to-day responsibilities. She has a passion for the Enneagram and the MBTI, which aid in developing skills and strengths in people to help them achieve their goals, both professionally and personally.

Dawn married her high school sweetheart, Tim, and they have three awesome kids. In addition to being a busy mom and office manager, Dawn puts her graphic design skills to use as a photographer and enjoys pretty much anything that allows her to be creative! She also has a heart for community, volunteering her time at many local not-for-profits such as WBCL, Gigi’s Playhouse, and within her church. She also serves as a unit leader with the American Heritage Girls.

She was drawn to Integrative Health because of Dr. Miller’s compassion and genuine concern for his patients. She appreciates the unique opportunity to live out her faith at her work, including praying over patients and the monthly staff prayer meeting.

Ashley Woldman

A native of Michigan, Ashley attended Taylor University and received her degree in Spanish Education. She and her husband married in 2009, and they love spending time with their rescue dog. As their faith is an integral part of their life, they are active members in their church. Ashley has a variety of interests including exercising, cooking, and painting. She also spent 5 years teaching English as a Foreign Language online. All of her students lived overseas, and she taught people from over 80 different countries!

Ashley is our Marketing Director. Working at our office was a natural fit for her as she has a passion for health and fitness, and has received chiropractic care since she was a teenager. As a migraine sufferer, chiropractic care has been instrumental in her management of headaches. She is grateful to have the opportunity to share with others the value of these treatments.

Sharon Loeffler

Many of our patients say that the office feels like home and the staff feels like family. Sharon is the main reason for this feeling! She is a Patient Care Coordinator for our office, a retired teacher, and considers her part-time work at the office a joy, a blessing, and even a ministry. Sharon has three married sons, two married stepsons, and twelve grandchildren. Oh! And did we mention that she is Dr. Miller’s mom? No wonder it feels like family in the office!

Besides working behind the desk, Sharon is our in-house “shopper.” She keeps the office supply-shelves stocked, coffee and teabags full, and she has learned to make natural, healthy soap in her spare time, which you can order at the office!

Mikayla Woodfill

Mikayla is one of our Patient Care Coordinators. She was born and raised in Fort Wayne, Indiana, and graduated from Carroll High School in 2017. She is currently attending Ivy Tech Community College to become a Geriatric Physical Therapy Assistant. She enjoys working with others and has a passion for helping them reach their goals and getting them to where they need to be. She is also a home health care aide where she goes to patients’ houses to help them with their daily tasks, including taking them to places they need to go. Mikayla’s hobbies are exercising, shopping, and spending time with her loved ones.

Haddi Farnsworth

Haddi is our Medical Assistant. She has been married to her husband, Jacob, since 2000, and has two boys, Zeke & Isaac. Zeke is attending Boyce College in Kentucky, and majoring in Biblical Counseling. Isaac is attending Rose Holman and is majoring in Mechanical Engineering. Before joining Integrative Health, she worked for 17 years as a Medical Assistant in a pediatrics office. Haddi is also NFPT certified as a personal trainer. She enjoys activities such as running, hiking, camping, and taking wilderness trips in Canada to backpack and canoe. She loves to vacation anywhere in the mountains. She has always had a passion for health and fitness, and has seen the many benefits of what chiropractic care can do for herself and others around her. She is excited to be a part of the Integrative Health team and bring good, natural & quality care to patients.

Jill Sparks

Jill is our Case Manager. She has been married to Michael since 2003 and they have 3 wonderful children Ali, Jaxon, and Addi. She spends a lot of time watching her children play sports, which she truly enjoys. Her hobbies consist of any outdoor activities, spending time by water, and reading. She and her family attend Pathway Church, and she loves people and hearing their stories, as connecting with others and sharing Christ is a passion for her. Jill joins us after being a patient of the office for four years. She had received chiropractic care for many years prior, but found a home here at Integrative Health.

Meghan Taylor

Meghan is one of our Patient Care Coordinators. She was born and raised in Uniondale, IN, and is currently a student at Purdue Global majoring in Health and Wellness. She enjoys reading, cooking, baking, exercising, and spending time with her loved ones. She is active in her church and helps with midweek youth group as well as a Bible study. She is excited to be a part of the Integrative Health team and see the impact it has on healing our patients.

Betsy Weiss

Betsy has been married to her husband, Nick, for 18 years. Together, they have 4 boys, and a mini sheepadoodle they are obsessed with, named Poppy. She has a background in Interior Design, and has recently found a passion in redesigning outdated pop up campers and travel trailers with her handy contractor husband! If you don’t find her at home with all her boys or in Target in the decorating aisles, she can be found at her church, Harvest Ministries, attending a Bible study, dropping boys off at youth group, or fellowshipping with her church family. She is so excited to be a part of the Integrative Health team and see the impact that a Christ-centered natural approach has for so many people suffering from different medical issues.
