Jessica has been working in healthcare since 2004. She became a EMT in 2004, Registered Nurse in 2008 and has been a Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) since 2013. In the past 20 years, Jessica has worked Emergency Medicine, Surgical-Trauma Intensive Care, Perioperative Nursing (Pre-Op & Recovery), Family Medicine NP, and Internal Medicine NP with the goal of optimization of patients' chronic health issues prior to orthopedic surgery.
Jessica has a passion for dermatological and aesthetic medicine. She finds it very rewarding to help patients feel comfortable in their own skin, achieve their personal best and have confidence in their appearance. She struggled with cystic acne during adolescence and early adulthood and was able to achieve a desirable complexion with Accutane and consistent skin care regimen. Her husband has had psoriasis for 20 + years and his quality of life is greatly enhanced with optimal management. Also, her father-in-law has struggled with dermatomyositis and is in remission. She is eager to work with you and tailor a skin care plan that smooths fine lines and wrinkles, in addition to improving overall texture, hyperpigmentation, scars and dullness. She has received further education including cosmetic aesthetic injectables such as Xeomin / Botox.
Jessica is proficient at many office procedures including incision and drainage (I&D), skin excision / biopsies, cryosurgery, and laceration repair / suturing, intra-articular joint injections (shoulders, hips, knees and SI joints), and trigger point injections.

Haddi is our dedicated and experienced Medical Assistant, with an impressive 20-year career in the healthcare field. Haddi's journey into integrative medicine reflects her deep-rooted belief in a holistic approach to health and well-being. With a solid background in health and fitness, she brings a wealth of knowledge to her role, helping patients achieve optimal health.
Haddi's commitment to promoting wellness extends beyond her medical expertise. She is NFPT certified in personal training, illustrating her passion for empowering others to lead healthy lifestyles.
Outside of her professional life, Haddi has built a strong foundation in her personal life. She has been happily married to her husband, Jake, since 2000 and is the proud mother of two remarkable sons. Her eldest, Zeke, has pursude a career as a biblical counselor, while her youngest, Isaac, has ventured into the world of mechanical engineering. The Farnsworth family has also grown with the addition of two wonderful daughter-in-laws.
In her free time, you'll often find Haddi exploring the world through travel or immersing herself in outdoor adventures. When she's at home in Auburn, her love for fitness and nature shines through, as she can be spotted either running or taking leisurely walks with her beloved dog. Haddi is not only a seasoned medical professional, but also a vibrant individual who values holistic well-being, family, and the great outdoors.

Many of our patients say that the office feels like home and the staff feels like family. Sharon is the main reason for this feeling! She is a Chiropractic Assistant for our office, a retired teacher, and considers her part-time work at the office a joy, a blessing, and even a ministry. Sharon has three married sons, two married stepsons, and twelve grandchildren. Oh! And did we mention that she is Dr. Miller’s mom? No wonder it feels like family in the office!

Gracyn is one of our Chiropractic Assistants. She graduated from Indiana University with a bachelor's of science in Human Biology. She chose this degree as she has always been interested in health care, especially the holistic approach. She comes from a big family, and grew up in a home that loves the Lord. She attends Harvest Fellowship Church, and her favorite verse is Jeremiah 29:11. Gracyn has a passion for coffee, animals, traveling, and sports. She is a dog mom to a super mutt too! She is excited for this next chapter of life as she is planning her wedding for fall of 2024!

After spending nearly 20 years in the insurance industry, Dawn went back to school to earn her bachelor’s degree in business management from Indiana Wesleyan University. She joined the staff in 2018 and is the Operations Director. Dawn is responsible for overseeing the Patient Coordinator and Billing teams as well as HR operations. As a member of the Executive Team, she collaborates with senior management to meet company objectives. She has a passion for the Enneagram and the MBTI, which aid in developing skills and strengths in people to help them achieve their goals, both professionally and personally.
Dawn married her high school sweetheart, Tim, and they have three awesome kids. In addition to being a busy mom and operations director, Dawn puts her graphic design skills to use as a photographer and enjoys pretty much anything that allows her to be creative! She also has a heart for community, volunteering her time at many local not-for-profits such as WBCL, The Rescue Mission, and within her church.
She was drawn to Integrative Health because of Dr. Miller’s compassion and genuine concern for his patients. She appreciates the unique opportunity to live out her faith at her work, including praying with patients and coworkers.

Betsy is our Patient Coordinator and has a strong heart to truly know and love every one of our patients. She has been blessed to be the mother of four boys, and loves every minute of the chaos and fun it brings! After a heartwrenching diagnosis of Multiple Sclerosis in 2008, she has a heart to walk alongside the hurting with compassion and understanding, all the while pointing them to the One True Healer, Jesus Christ.

Ashley is our Marketing Director and has a passion for sharing Integrative Health's dedication to holistic health. With an extensive background in the healthcare field, Ashley oversees both internal and external marketing efforts at Integrative Health, along with providing oversight to the sales team. As a member of the Integrative Health executive team, Ashley also plays a pivotal role in shaping the company's direction and strategic decisions.
Working at Integrative Health was a natural fit for her as she has a passion for health and fitness, and has received chiropractic care since she was a teenager. As a migraine sufferer, chiropractic care has been instrumental in her management of headaches. She is grateful to have the opportunity to share with others the value of these treatments, and help people avoid often-unnecessary medications and surgeries.

Jill is our Case Manager. She has been married to Michael since 2003 and they have 3 wonderful children Ali, Jaxon, and Addi. She spends a lot of time watching her children play sports, which she truly enjoys. Her hobbies consist of any outdoor activities, spending time by water, and reading. She and her family attend Pathway Church, and she loves people and hearing their stories, as connecting with others and sharing Christ is a passion for her. Jill joins us after being a patient of the office for four years. She had received chiropractic care for many years prior, but found a home here at Integrative Health.

Chase is our Practice Representative and also one of our Case Managers! Previously Chase has worked in a multitude of health care settings and his skillset is a positive for our team. In his free time, Chase loves spending time with his family, which includes his wife Emma, his son Colson, who was born in 2022, and their dog Honey Graham. He is also an avid Purdue basketball fan, where he runs his own media channel and supports the team as his main hobby. Chase and family attend church here in the Fort Wayne area together, as faith and spiritual growth is a foundation in their relationship. Chase is dedicated to providing authenticity and positivity for our members.

Meghan is one of our Billing Specialists. She was born and raised in Uniondale, IN, and she graduated from Purdue Global with her Bachelor's Degree in Health and Wellness. She enjoys reading, cooking, baking, exercising, and spending time with her loved ones. She is active in her church and helps with midweek youth group as well as a Bible study. She is excited to be a part of the Integrative Health team and see the impact it has on healing our patients.

Direesa is one of our Billing Specialists, and customer service is her top priority. She enjoys helping patients, especially when it comes to their billing statements and insurance questions. Direesa's journey in the medical billing field began in 2019. Before joining Integrative Health, she worked as a billing specialist at Lutheran Medical Group.
She was born and raised in Fort Wayne, Indiana, and graduated from Snider High School in 2007. She is a mother of two beautiful children, and they love going to Sunday school at their church in the Fort Wayne area.
Direesa enjoys spending time with her family and traveling. She also loves to cook and try new recipes. Direesa has a passion for caring for patients, and is excited to be a part of the Integrative Health team!

Megan is our Physical Therapist Assistant. She has had her love for helping people since she graduated Snider High School while also working as a CNA at Saint Anne Communities for two years. While she was working, she attended University of Saint Francis to become the PTA she is today. She is still working on her Bachelor’s of Health and Exercise Science. She spent two years learning more about neuro rehabilitation while working at Parkview Randallia in the inpatient rehabilitation unit as a PCT and a Therapist Tech. She is now passionate about working for and for the mission of Integrative Health.

Brandie started her career in massage therapy in 2008. Born and raised in Hawaii, bodywork has always been apart of her upbringing and her culture. She attended Remington College, where she completed the massage therapy program and her internship. After graduating she spent the next 9 years learning and growing in the industry. Diving into her culture, she trained with Kamaile Puaoi in lomilomi, a Native Hawaiian modality that affects the Golgi tendon organ apparatus in conjunction with the muscle spindle fiber mechanism. She continued training in deep tissue, learning various techniques to address the deeper layer muscles. She moved her family to Indiana in 2016, bringing her specialty and knowledge of deep tissue and lomilomi here. Outside of work, she spends her time with her children(4), gaming, and exploring the area.

Sarai grew up in a small town in Michigan. After moving to Arizona, she started massage school at Cortiva Institute Massage Therapy. She graduated in 2016. After school, she worked for a chiropractor learning more about the rehab side of massage. She moved to Fort Wayne 3 years ago with her husband.

Brittany is one of our Licensed Massage Therapists. She was raised in Convoy, Ohio and graduated from Crestview High School in 2007. She always knew she wanted a career that would be able to help others, so she started working at the age of 16 as a CNA and was able to put herself through college. After high school, she had the unique and fun opportunity to work at Cedar Point as a Ride Operator for the summer of 2007, on Mantis (the old stand-up ride, now known as the Rougarou). Brittany graduated from the Institute of Therapeutic Massage (Ottawa, Ohio) in March of 2009 and received her Ohio Massage License that same year. She received her Indiana Massage License in 2011, and has spent the rest of her career here in the Hoosier state. She married her husband Derek in 2017, they have 2 young boys, Bryce and Dylan, and their puppy Asher. They enjoy taking family adventures to explore and create new memories. Brittany has a passion for helping others relieve pain with therapeutic massage, specializing in Deep Tissue, Sport, Prenatal, and Swedish. Tina knew from a very young age that she wanted to take care of people. This desire led her to a career in health care. She received her Bachelor of Science in nursing from Indiana Wesleyan University and her Master of Science from Ball State University.
Tina is a nurse practitioner, board certified in Family Practice. She has had the privilege of acquiring clinical experience in orthopedics, family practice, physical medicine, wound care, and phlebology.
She understands the importance of providing quality, compassionate, individualized care to achieve positive outcomes for each patient. She is passionate about the Integrative Health team approach, blending natural and traditional medicine, allowing fulfillment of the mission to optimize patient’s quality of life by identifying and treating the root cause of their health concerns.
Tina and her husband Bob live in the Roanoke area and attend Emmanuel Community Church. She enjoys spending time with her grown children, Andy and Danielle and, her three grandchildren, Makenna, Mason and Noah. In her spare time she enjoys cooking, baking, gardening and reading.
