Physical Therapist – Outpatient Ortho (1 on 1)
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Physical Therapist to join our growing team in Fort Wayne, IN. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping patients recover, prevent injuries, and optimize their movement. You will work one on one with a diverse patient population, developing individualized treatment plans to achieve their rehabilitation goals.
Key Responsibilities
Assess, diagnose, and treat patients with a variety of musculoskeletal and neurological conditions
Develop personalized treatment plans to improve strength, mobility, and overall function
Use manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities to aid patient recovery
Educate patients and their families on rehabilitation techniques and injury prevention
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress
Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
Qualifications
Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program
Valid Indiana Physical Therapy License (or eligibility to obtain)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for patient care and rehabilitation
Experience in outpatient, sports rehab, or orthopedic settings is a plus
